Since its inception in the year 1989, Bindlas Duplux Limited is solely and exclusively engaged in the production of a rather extensive range of Kraft Papers and the Coated Duplex Board Products.

Our exclusive range of paper products encompasses various types of Kraft Papers, Packing Papers, Kraft Paper Rolls, Designer Kraft Papers, Colored Kraft Papers, and Duplex Board Coated and also Uncoated in white and colored varieties.

With a total annual turnover of INR 60 Crores and a present production capacity of 4380 MT per annum, we are counted among the most prominent and popular enterprises of India in the Kraft Paper and Duplex Board Coated industry. Our manufacturing facilities are well-established at Muzaffarnagar, UP, India.

Most of our paper products are manufactured using agro-based raw materials and are designed as per the prevalent market trends followed globally.

Environmental Policy
Being a globally prominent paper manufacture, we understands our responsibilities towards society and environment. Hence, we operate through efficient equipments and refined technologies which are in close conformation with the pertinent environmental norms. We don't cut growing and flourishing trees to manufacture papers, rather we use agro-based raw materials. Moreover, our effluent treatment plant satisfies the entire norms set by the Pollution Control Boards.

Future Business Plans

Productivity Enhancement
At Bindlas Duplux Limited, it is planned to increase the production capacity of kraft paper to 33000 MT and Duplex Board to 25000 MT i.e. our total production capacity goes to 58000 M.T. by July, 2009.

Technological Upgrading
In order to meet the ever-refining requirements of our myriads of trusted clients & customers, and to increase our production capacity, we are looking forward to---
1.Install twin wire for value addition
2.Shift Single layer kraft to double layer Hi-BF liner kraft paper
3.Install 2 presses of 1500 diameter with 300 kg load
4.Install pressurized head boxes for better strength and properties like BF, tensile strength, etc.
5.Install Screw press for better washing of puls and environmental protection.

We have a well-established, extensive, and unified network of distributors which ensure prompt & punctual accessibility and delivery of our kraft paper products in every corner of the country. The selection of agro-based raw materials and various waste-paper materials, is based on the concept of sustainable development of society as well as the environment. The use of agro-residues help greatly the farming community, besides providing employment to those people who collect and transport these materials. Further, these raw materials are available in abundance in Muzaffarnagar. There are numerous sugar mills supplying baggasse and sarkanda at very cheap rates in our local area.

Source of Raw Materials
1.Baggasse - obtained from more than 20 sugar mills of Muzaffarnagar area.
2.Sarkanda - available in abundance on the banks of river Ganges and waste fields.
3.Wheat straw - from farmers
4.Waste paper - brought from nearby cities and Delhi.

Infrastructure

We have world class production infrastructure set-up in Muzaffarnagar, UP, India, which can be reached at in just few hours from New Delhi. Spread in 60000 square meter of area, the establishment is provided with all requisite facilities to ensure prompt and punctual processing of the business orders. Further, we have our own co-generation power plant to meet our electricity demand. In our installed capacity, there are well-managed working departments such as production control, quality testing, product storing & packaging, product shipment, etc. This set-up assists us to carry on our business functioning in an organized and impressive manner. These capabilities also enable us to produce different types of kraft paper products for general and specific requirements of our myriads of Indian and International clients. We provide all different types of papers in individual packaging i.e. REELS, and we outsource transportation facility from the leading C&F agencies.

Our Quality Assurance and Control starts with the very procurement of the raw materials, which lasts till the delivery of the end products. For this, we have a fully equipped laboratory having technically advanced instruments and equipments. Samples of pulp or paper are taken from different manufacturing processes, and are checked on the stringent & scrupulous parameters. We check production processes at:
